Elaine’s commitment to leadership extends far beyond the workplace. In the Washington, D.C. area, she has played an active role in cultivating the next generation of leaders by developing young professional committees at major arts organizations and establishing student mentoring programs at Georgetown McDonough School of Business. These initiatives have supported countless young professionals as they discover their own leadership paths.
